Ubhaya Padangusthasana, both feet big toe pose, starts like plow pose. After the last vinyasa from supta padangusthasana, lie down on your back and lift your legs over your head, legs straight and together, and hold your big toes. If this doesn’t work for your body, lie on your back and lift your legs and hold on behind your thighs or use a strap. If your legs are over your head, lift your sitting bones, press your toe nails into the mat, and then inhale roll up to balance on your sitting bones. If you cannot roll up with straight legs, bend your knees. If you are starting on your back, stay there or engage your core and come up and balance. The Drishti for this pose is your nose. Stay for five breaths, lengthening through your spine and pulling your abs up and in.
